Great service. Tim has been extremely helpful and installer (Nick) explained everything clearly and easily. Would definitely recommend this business.

After years of procrastination and analysis on the best battery for me and, more importantly, who to use to install, I went with the GoodWe ESA. Ozzie Solar were the most consistently patient with my never ending questions and John tolerated my constant changes of mind over Alpha vs Sigenergy vs Deye vs GoodWe (and all the others) and gave genuine advice and information at all times. I don’t recall any pressure sales nonsense at all. He was genuinely surprised and delighted when I told him I’d made my decision. The price point was in the mark, their own installers were great in keeping me informed in the lead up and the job was completed with no surprises or complaints as I continued with my nonstop questions (Nick was surely tested by me intrigued by every step as I watched the whole install). I probably need a few more panels down the track, especially when I get an EV, and Nick could have pushed a hard sell but didn’t - because it was not needed by me yet - and his honesty was much appreciated. The unit is functioning flawlessly, full house back up properly wired up and they didn’t leave until I knew everything I needed to know should I encounter any issues whatsoever. I’ve stressed for a long time about making the right decision with this big investment and I’m so happy I made the right choice - with GoodWe and with Ozzie Solar. Now, back to analysing everything going on in the App - hopefully one day I’ll get over this addiction!!

They also took the time to fix some other issues I had with my rooftop panels to make sure the new setup functioned fully and correctly. Very happy with the outcome.

We have had the best experience. Fantastic service from our initial visits to obtain a quote and then to the prompt installation and really friendly installers. The all inclusive price for our top quality system was highly competitive. The entire team were highly professional and spent much time explaining how things worked and did not rush us in any way. They didn't leave until we were completely satisfied and understood how to get the most from our new system, which we love ! Highly recommend !
