Ozzie Solar "Share the Sunshine" Referral Program Terms and Condi9ons

1. Eligibility for Referrals:

1.1 Referrals must be specifically for solar and/or batiery system installations.

1.2 Only existing clients of Ozzie Solar are eligible to participate in the referral program and receive referral rewards.

1.3 The offer is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older.

2. Issuance of Referral Rewards:

2.1 Referral rewards are issued in the form of digital vouchers for Coles or Woolworths, based on the referrer's preference.

2.2 These digital vouchers will be sent via email to the referrer.

2.3 The issuance of the digital vouchers is con8ngent upon the completion of the referred installation.

3. Notifica9on of Installation Date:

3.1 Ozzie Solar will provide notification to the referrer regarding the installation date of their referral(s).

3.2 This no8fication ensures that the referrer is aware of when to expect their digital voucher.

4. Condi9ons for Receiving Referral Rewards:

4.1 The referral reward is only granted aIer the installation of the referred solar and/or batery system has been successfully completed.

4.2 The installation must be fully completed and meet all Ozzie Solar standards and requirements.

5. Digital Voucher Details:

5.1 The digital vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.

5.2 The digital vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions of Coles or Woolworths, as applicable.

6. Program Par9cipation:

6.1 Participation in the referral program is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

6.2 Ozzie Solar reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.

6.3 Any changes to the referral program will be communicated to existing clients through appropriate channels.

7. Limitations and Exclusions:

7.1 Referrals must be new customers who have not previously engaged with Ozzie Solar for any services.

7.2 Self-referrals or referrals of existing Ozzie Solar clients are not eligible for rewards.

7.3 There is no limit to the number of referrals an existing client can make, but each referral must result in a completed installation to qualify for a reward.

8. Dispute Resolution:

8.1 Any disputes arising from or in connection with the referral program shall be resolved at the sole discretion of Ozzie Solar

8.2 Ozzie Solar's decision in any mater related to the referral program is final and binding.

9. Privacy and Data Protection:

9.1 By participating in the referral program, the referrer consents to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information in accordance with Ozzie Solar's privacy policy.

9.2 The referrer agrees to obtain consent from the referred party before sharing their contact details with Ozzie Solar.
